Founded by Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry, The Dead Rabbit brings the spirit of 19th-century Dublin to the Financial District. Named after an Irish-American gang, the bar spans three floors — a ground-floor taproom, a parlor for craft cocktails, and an upstairs events space. Every detail, from the hand-carved woodwork to the 72-ingredient cocktail menu, honors Irish pub culture with uncompromising craft.
