Founded in 2013, The Dead Rabbit is a two-story cocktail bar and taproom in Lower Manhattan that has redefined the Irish pub. The ground-floor Taproom serves the best pint of Guinness in NYC alongside hearty Irish fare, while the upstairs Parlor offers an intimate, reservation-only cocktail experience.
